Stop dumping bid leveling on interns.

Drop three vendor quotes in any format. BidFlow normalizes them against your scope, flags missing line items, exports clean to Excel, and anchors every comparison to your own calibrated cost library.

Three workflows that pay for the subscription.

01

Bid leveling, end-to-end

Drop 3 to 5 vendor quotes in any format. BidFlow normalizes them against your scope sheet, flags missing line items, surfaces outliers vs your past bids, exports a clean Excel comparison ready for buyout review.

"How do you compare 3 to 5 vendor quotes when every bid comes in a different format? 'I get the interns to do it.'"

02

Unit-price extraction

Upload last week's won bids. BidFlow extracts every unit price with the date, the subcontractor, the project. Attaches to your cost library so the next estimate is more calibrated than the last.

"I'll put one square foot of glass, the unit cost was $46. I'll put the notes, the date so I know how old that price is, and the subcontractor."

Pre-flight CSI walk

Before the bid goes out, ask Claude to walk the estimate by division. Surfaces missing scope based on your last five same-type jobs. The first eye in the three-eyes review chain, before your foreman or PM looks.

Frequently asked.

What vendor formats do you accept?

Any format. PDF (typed or scanned), Excel (including macro-enabled), email body, forwarded text. BidFlow's ingest reads the structure, identifies the line items, maps them to your scope sheet.

Does this work with my internal Excel template?

Yes. BidFlow detects your existing scope structure (CSI MasterFormat, UniFormat, or fully custom) and lays the vendor bids against it. You stay in Excel. We hand you the export at the end.

How is this different from Consight or Bidbow?

Standalone tools level vendor bids against each other. BidFlow levels them against your past unit prices, your scope sheet, your historical subcontractor relationships. Top-20 GCs still use Excel for leveling because standalone tools can't connect to the rest of the estimate.

Do my subs need to be on BidFlow?

No. That is the whole point. BidFlow reads whatever format your subs send. No login, no portal, no learning curve. 90% of subs refuse to enter quotes into a portal. BidFlow respects that.
